Measuring your personal return on energy.
There are many areas in our life where it is very easy to determine the consequence of our decisions and actions. Whether or not we really measure those consequences - long term, is another story.
Let's talk about that other story.
From a financial perspective, measuring equity is simple.
Wikipedia says it best: Equity is ownership of assets that may have debts or other liabilities attached to them. Equity is measured for accounting purposes by subtracting liabilities from the value of the assets.
Let's bring this theory to the cosmos, heading into a warm cozy rabbit hole - way past Karma.
On average, humans make around 35,000 decisions each day. Whoa. Let's treat those 35,000 decisions as an opportunity to build up a positive R.O.E. (Return on Energy) or erode it.
Naturally, there are choices that seem obvious. Nutritious food fuels our body and provides a positive return on energy. Efficient, healthy - leaves us feeling good. A few not-so-healthy choices, and I don't know about you but, bleh. Tastes good going down but it really ain't providing much by way of positive return on energy.
In sticking with those 35,000 decisions - it's pretty clear that the majority of these take place subconsciously, out of habit. Day in and day out, some on auto pilot - others, a fork in the road.
As we zoom through this lifetime, days turning into weeks into years - it's important that we take a pause for the cause, and take inventory.
As an empath, I can tell just by hearing someone speak about their goals, their aspirations and their motivators - whether or not they are in alignment with their truth. Tons of signals start to form and my BS meter is finely tuned to whether or not someone is walking and talking their truth. It is carried through your voice, your tone, your body language.
This is how energy works. If you don't believe it and are not all in, the universe is essentially an energy field of constant truth serum. Responding accordingly with more of the same, or something new - when you truly signal that you are ready for it.
It's not about me buying what you're selling, but more so - who are you trying to convince? Enter, the shoulds.
There is an entire energy field around the word should. You might not even say the word, but you've somehow aligned a variety of actions with things you feel you should do. So, let's fill your energy bucket up with the actions of those 35,000 decisions a day, a gold coin for each - yup, Mario status.
You're zooming in the fast lane, doing the stuff that 'looks good on paper.' Saying stuff just to be liked or accepted (DING, coins lost), giving back, donating - volunteering - because you should (DING, coins lost). Working tirelessly towards a career that might be bringing you good money and fortune, but deep down you really feel like you've missed your true calling (DING, coins lost).
Choosing to stay quiet, when you really needed to set a boundary or speak your truth (DING). You get the idea. After days, weeks, years of these dings - it's not too far fetched to say that there are millions of people walking around aimlessly on this planet, trying to figure out why they don't feel a sense of purpose, why they just 'can't get ahead', wondering when they will catch a break. Empty bucket.
I'll tell you when. When you start paying attention to your soul, your intuition and when you really take a moment to assess whether or not your decisions and actions are aligned with your highest potential. That's when your 'luck' will change. Only, it's not luck, it's intentional manifestation.
Essentially, your ENTIRE being needs to be behind your decisions - it is only then, will you really start building a positive return on energy.
You see, those coins, are your cosmic energy. They represent a measurement of whether or not you are all in on the decisions you are making. They are a result of a defined operating system that has been wired through years and years of conditioning. Of believing the stuff other people say you can and can't do. Next thing you know - you can't remember if you are doing something because it's what you really want, or because it's the path of least resistance.
So how the heck do we place new bets? How do we go through the process of unbecoming, in order to become? That's what this cosmic equity series is all about. Over the coming weeks and months, I am going to focus on a variety of topics to help you rediscover what was there all along - your light.
Beaming so bright from a new pilot who is ready to get back in the drivers seat, get real, and start building equity in order to really make an impact in this lifetime.
You ready? I know you are.
Subscribe, and stick with me. Throughout this series, there will be some homework. Light stuff, but heavy stuff. Know what I mean? You will.
